Spaghetti with shrimp and paprika sauce
Ingredients:
1- 500 grams
of shrimp, medium in size, and peeled.
2- 500 grams
of spaghetti pasta.
3- Four
tablespoons of olive oil.
4- A small
onion chopped.
5- 2 cloves
of crushed garlic.
6- A tablespoon
of paprika.
7- A
teaspoon of chilli.
8- A cup of
sliced mushrooms.
9- A cup of
broth.
10- Three quarters of a cup of liquid cream.
11- Small
spoon of salt.
12- Half a
teaspoon of ground black pepper.
13- Half a
cup of grated cheese.
14- Minced
parsley (for serving).
How to
prepare:
1- Put an
abundant amount of water in a deep saucepan, heat the water over medium heat
until it boils, and add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of corn oil.
2- Add
spaghetti without breaking it, and boil it until it becomes soft and cooked
completely.
3- Heat the
oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the onions with garlic, paprika
and chili, and stir the ingredients until the onions soften.
4- Add the
mushroom and stir for two minutes, then add the shrimp and stir for only three
to four minutes until it changes color only.
5- Add the
broth to the cream, season the mixture with salt and black pepper, cook the
shrimp and stir until the cream boils, then add the cheese.
6- Filter
the spaghetti and place it directly on top of the shrimp mixture and paprika
sauce, and stir the spaghetti with the sauce until it mixes and impregnates
well with the sauce.
7- Pour the
shrimp spaghetti with paprika sauce on a suitable serving dish, spread the
parsley on the face, and serve it .
