Mac and cheese

 

Mac and cheese

 

Ingredients:


1-   1 cup of cheddar cheese

2-   ¾ cup of Gruyere cheese

3-   ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese

4   2 teaspoon salt

5-  Half a kilo of pasta

6-  4 tablespoon butter

7-  4 tablespoon flour

8-  1 Liter of milk

9-  ¼ black pepper

1   ¼ nutmeg

 

How to prepare:

1-  Mix the three types of cheese

2- Get some water and put it into large pot and boil it then add 1 teaspoon of salt  

3-  Add the pasta to the boiling water for 10 minutes

4- Melt the butter in onther pot  over low heat then add the flour , whisk and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat

5- Add the milk gradually and whisk

6-  Whisk until smooth ,cook for 6 minutes until slightly thickness

7-  Remove it from heat

8-  Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the black pepper and the nutmeg

9-   Gradualy add ¾ of the cheese mixture and whisk until melt

10 Drain the pasta and add the sauce

11Transfer to a baking dish and put the cheese

12 Bake at 180c for 25 minutes
