Egyptian Shakshouka

 Egyptian Shakshouka


The ingredients:

1- A tablespoon of olive oil.

2- A tablespoon of red pepper.

3- A tablespoon of Cumin.

4- A tablespoon of coriander.

5- A tablespoon of Paprika.

6- 6 tomatoes, chopped.

6- 4 eggs.

How to prepare:

1- Put olive oil in the frying pan and add red pepper, cumin and coriander and stir for 10 minutes.

2- Add the tomatoes, stirring over low heat for 10 minutes.

3- Add the eggs to the tomatoes to mix with the rest of the ingredients and leave them until cooked.

4- Add paprika to the shakshoka and serve hot.
