Pasta with Bechamel
The
ingredients:
1- 5
tablespoons of flour.
2- A
tablespoon of ghee.
3- 1/2 kilo
of pasta.
4- 1/4 kilo
of minced meat.
5- A cup of
soup.
6- 1 egg.
7- salt.
8- an onion.
9- Milk.
Preparation method
1- Chop the onion into very small pieces,
then put it in the pan after putting a tablespoon of ghee, then put the minced
meat into the pan after the onion turns yellow, leave the mixture until it
cooked.
2- Put an amount of water in a bowl and leave it until it reaches a
boil, put the pasta, until the pasta is fully cooked, then filter it and wash
it with cold water.
3- Bring a pan and put a spoonful of ghee in it until it melts
completely, and then add the flour and start stirring until the ingredients are
well mixed with each other, and here the milk is added gradually until you get
the appropriate texture.
4- Mix the pasta with half the amount of the bechamel in a large bowl,
and divide the pasta into two parts, the first part is placed in the tray
intended for settlement, then put the minced meat and spread it out on the
pasta in an even way, and after that the remaining amount of pasta.
