Egyptian Dumplings
Ingredients:
1- Two cups
of flour.
2- Pinch of salt.
3-
Tablespoon of starch.
4- Teaspoon
of instant yeast.
5- Tablespoon
of sugar.
6- Two
cups of water.
7- Teaspoon
vanilla.
8- Some Oil.
9- sherbet or chocolate.
How to
prepare:
1- Put the
flour in a deep bowl, then add the starch, instant yeast, sugar and vanilla,
then mix the ingredients.
2- Gradually
add water to get a soft and liquid dough.
3- Cover the
bowl and allow the mixture to ferment.
4- Put the
oil in a deep frying pan, and heat it.
5- Moisten a
spoon with oil and shape the dumplings with it, then put it in the oil.
6- Move the
dumplings with oil until they turn red and crunchy.
7- Put the
dumplings in syrups or chocolate, then filter and serve hot
