Mushroom soup
The
ingredients:
1- Fresh or
canned mushrooms.
2- Two
tablespoons of olive oil.
3- Mashed
garlic clove.
4- A large
onion, chopped.
5- Chicken
broth.
6- Two
tablespoons of flour.
7- A decent
cup.
How to
prepare:
1- Heat the
oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat, add onions and garlic, and stir until
golden brown.
2- Add the
mushrooms after cutting them into quarters, then sprinkle them with some salt
and pepper, and stir well until the mushrooms are brown.
3- Add the
flour to the mushroom and its quantity should be enough to cover the mushroom.
4- Stir the
mixture, then add the chicken broth and stir until it boils, let it boil for at
least 10 minutes on medium heat, and continue to stir until the mixture does
not stick to the pot.
5- After you
remove the mixture of mushroom and broth from the fire, put it in the electric
mixer, and mix it on medium speed until the mushroom broth becomes smooth,
6- Then put
it back into the fire with adding more broth and allow the soup to boil for a
few minutes.
7- Pour the
soup into a serving dish, then spread the cream. Serve the soup very hot.
