Syrian
garlic
The ingredients:
1- Seven cloves of
garlic, peeled.
2- 2 large onions,
chopped.
3- Salt
and black pepper.
4- half cup of olive
oil.
5- Two tablespoons of
lemon juice.
Preparation
method:
1- Garlic and onion
are peeled and minced.
2- Bring a pan and put
olive oil over medium heat, then put the onions and saute them with oil, then
garlic until the ingredients wither.
3- Add the spices,
then put a cup of water.
4- Leave the
ingredients for 15 minutes until the ingredients are thawed and cooked.
5- Then
put the garlic in the serving dish, and squeeze it half a lemon.
