The ingredients:

1- A tablespoon of olive oil.

2- A tablespoon of red pepper.

3- A tablespoon of Cumin.

4- A tablespoon of coriander.

5- A tablespoon of Paprika.

6- 6 tomatoes, chopped.

6- 4 eggs.

How to prepare:

1- Put olive oil in the frying pan and add red pepper, cumin and coriander and stir for 10 minutes.

2- Add the tomatoes, stirring over low heat for 10 minutes.

3- Add the eggs to the tomatoes to mix with the rest of the ingredients and leave them until cooked.

4- Add paprika to the shakshoka and serve hot.

How to prepare:

A) Preparing the filling:

3- Stir the meat well, put it in the refrigerator, cover it well and leave it overnight.

B) How to prepare Hawawshi:

1- We take the meat out of the refrigerator and prepare the bread, open it, put the filling inside and distribute it well.

2- Re-seal the bread well and brush it with ghee.

Preparation method

1- Chop the onion into very small pieces, then put it in the pan after putting a tablespoon of ghee, then put the minced meat into the pan after the onion turns yellow, leave the mixture until it cooked.

2- Put an amount of water in a bowl and leave it until it reaches a boil, put the pasta, until the pasta is fully cooked, then filter it and wash it with cold water.

3- Bring a pan and put a spoonful of ghee in it until it melts completely, and then add the flour and start stirring until the ingredients are well mixed with each other, and here the milk is added gradually until you get the appropriate texture.

4- Mix the pasta with half the amount of the bechamel in a large bowl, and divide the pasta into two parts, the first part is placed in the tray intended for settlement, then put the minced meat and spread it out on the pasta in an even way, and after that the remaining amount of pasta.

5- The remaining amount of bechamel is placed and an egg is beaten on the bechamel before placing it on the face of the tray, and left in an oven at medium temperature for an hour, about a quarter of about.

How to prepare:

1- Boil pasta in a container with boiling water and a drop of oil, and do not remove boiling water.

2- In a large skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter, then add chicken pieces to it and stir over the heat until the chicken changes color from pink to light brown, then remove the chicken from the pan.

3- In the same pan, add the rest of the butter and melt it, then add the cream and whisk it, then add the flour and it will continue to whisk until it thickens.

4- Season with salt and pepper, then add the Parmesan cheese and continue to whisk. When it becomes very thick, you can dilute it with some water from boiling pasta.

5- After becoming a little light, add chicken and pasta to the pan and spread well.

6- Put mozzarella on top of it, then put it in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese becomes golden brown.

7- When applying, sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese.
