Alfredo pasta with
chicken
The
ingredients:
1- 500 g
pasta
2- 3
tablespoons butter
3- A piece
of chicken breast cut into small pieces
4- Two
tablespoons of flour
5- A cup of
cream cooking
6- 3/4 cup
Parmesan cheese
7- Cup of
mozzarella cheese
8- Salt and
black pepper
How to
prepare:
1- Boil
pasta in a container with boiling water and a drop of oil, and do not remove
boiling water.
2- In a
large skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter, then add chicken pieces to it and
stir over the heat until the chicken changes color from pink to light brown,
then remove the chicken from the pan.
3- In the
same pan, add the rest of the butter and melt it, then add the cream and whisk
it, then add the flour and it will continue to whisk until it thickens.
4- Season
with salt and pepper, then add the Parmesan cheese and continue to whisk. When
it becomes very thick, you can dilute it with some water from boiling pasta.
5- After
becoming a little light, add chicken and pasta to the pan and spread well.
6- Put
mozzarella on top of it, then put it in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese
becomes golden brown.
7- When
applying, sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese.
